Our company agrees and acknowledges on the above date, all verbal and written disclosures submitted by the client and presented to ______________________or associates or employees, regarding the proprietary/patentable concepts regarding the following: __________________________________________________________________
will be held in the strictest confidence for a period of __________ years from the above date. In addition any related proprietary discoveries made by either party during the project will also be held in confidence. Such information will not be disclosed to any other parties or used for any other purposes other than those expressly authorized in writing by the client (inventor), his attorney, or assignee. These disclosures and inventions regarding the proprietary and patentable concepts and associated disclosures regarding the formulas will be regarded as intellectual property of the client. Our company agrees not to use, directly or indirectly, any and all proprietary information relating to this project, for the benefit of any person, firms, or corporations other than the client. All work will be conducted on a best effort and professional basis but no liability can be assumed by ACS. If the client requires liability protection for any stage of the project, liability insurance must be furnished by the client.

We will develop almost any type of liquid or solid formula based on your requirements. The custom formula could be patentable and all rights assigned to you. We will first sign a nonuse confidentiality agreement form to protect your rights to the formula. The formula will be yours to make trial batches, or to turn over to a high volume private label packager. Fees start as low as $900.00
